In few minutes you can be at beautiful beaches, walk around the mountain, do birdwatching, see the dolphins, golf, surf or any other aquatic sports,...
You can choose a house in the city, in the countryside or in front of the beach.
In the city:
Setúbal is a well located city, near a relaxing and peaceful mountain.You can visit the historic centre, the traditional fishing boats and try the famous and tasty grilled fish. You can also move to the outskirts and go to the beach, walk around the montain or even go to the capital, Lisbon.
In the countryside:
Azeitão is a little town near Setúbal (10 min driving) and Lisbon (30 min driving). We have two different houses on a quiet property.There in the midle of montains you find beautiful hiking traks or sunbathing at the paradisiac Arrábida's Natural Park beaches. This is a typical and famous gastronomical area for its desserts, cheeses and wine.
On the beach:
Península de Tróia is on the other bank of Sado´s River. You can catch the Catamaran or the Ferry Boat from Setúbal to Tróia/Soltroia.(20m) Tróia and Soltroia are places where you have amazing white sand beaches with translucent water. Here we have a holiday's house with the perfect balcony to watch the sunset. At the evening you can go to the Marina for an ice cream, dinner or gamble at the Casino.
HOUSES IN THE COUNTRYSIDE - (AZEITÃO)
1) The house with mezzanine
This is open space villa. It has two floors (mezzanine on the top).
Downstairs is the living room, the kitchen, dining table and bathroom.
Upstairs is a room with two single beds and a double bed.
The house is prepared for a couple and two children.
2) The cosy T2
This house has a lounge, kitchen and dining table in the same division.
It has bathroom and two connecting rooms, one with double bed and the other with a bed with another underneath. The house is prepared for a couple and two children.
HOUSE ON THE BEACH - (SOLTROIA)
The house is the top apartment of a two floor building. It has a balcony with a view over the sea and the mountains. It has a living room connected to the dining table and a kitchen equipped with all the facilities. It has a bathroom and two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds, and which one have two more mattresses underneath). It also has a swimming pool for the residents of the condominium. Near by you can find a tennis court and the golf field.
The house is prepared for a couple and 3/4 children (with preference for 2).
HOUSES IN THE CITY - (SETÚBAL)
1) T2 Flat
This flat is at Setúbal´s center, very well located to live.
It has two big rooms (one with double bed and bathroom and the other with two single beds.)
It has a good living room, good kitchen, another bathroom and a terrace.
It is a flat indicated to live. Is prepared for a couple and 1/2 children.
2) Port House
This house is located in the beggining of Luiza Todi´s Avenue. It stands 1 minute walk to the Ferry-Boat to Tróia/Soltroia.. Is an old restoured building prepared to live or just for holidays.
Is surrounded by typical restaurants with good grilled fish.
